Loosing weight and fat should be a side effect of being healthy not the other way around

In my previous post, I talked about being food  literate, eat clean and support your detox organs. Combined with a good lifestyle, a healthy weighloss will likely happen. How to we do this? First of all, we need to reduce stress because cortisol, which is the stress hormone, is vital in a moderate manner but if your adrenal glands secrete too much of it, you will have problems with your other hormones such as testosterone that will be too low and your insulin receptors will become more resistant to insulin which in both cases will make you fat.

Cortisol is the “fight or flight” hormone. You might say, I only need to relax or do meditation and it will work. While this can help greatly, to reduce your cortisol level, you need to check your whole life because today, we have a tendancy to have a lot of imaginary lions that induce a fight or flight response. Do you like your job? Are you happy with your relationships (friends and love)? Are you ok with finances? Do you watch a screen before going to bed? Do you eat food that produces an inflammatory response to your gut and thus your whole body? Do you have a lot of radio frequencies from your cellphone stuck to your head often, from wi-fi or from “intelligent” electric counter? Do you sleep enough with a good sleep quality?

Coaching with neuro linguistic  programming techniques might also help to reduce your cortisol level because it will help you change your perspectives about your life and your challenges.

When your cortisol level are lowered, you need to improve the way you eat. If you want to loose weight fast with an effective short duration of 3 weeks diet, it’s possible and it will help to motivate you with the great results. However, a diet should be a lifetstyle to improve health. If you adopt a healthy liftstyle, you should loose weight and fat and have more energy. If it doesn’t happen this way, you are doing something wrong.

I’m my next post, I will adress the detox paradigm. Should we detox? If so, how should we do this?

Being food literate

Some people think that losing weight is all about burning calories by doing physical activity. While physical activity may help by increasing metabolism, it’s not the best avenue to lose fat. In fact, you have to check your food. When we talk about food, people think that they know what to eat to lose weight and be healthy and that it’s just a matter of adopting the good behaviors that is a challenge. While adopting healthy habits might be a behavior challenge for some, for some others, they do what they think is good and they still don’t get results. Why is that? Because your food is being manipulated like you have no idea and it has an incidence on your health and your body composition which is a reflect of it.

Being aware of this food conspiracy is a first step so I highly recommend that you watch this video that shows to what extent knowing what’s going on with food in the world might have an influence on your health and thus on losing fat.

Now that you know that the Codex Alimentarius is doing a nutricide operation, you have to know that corporations are also growing GMO’s for profit even though their effect on our body is proven to affect negatively our epigenetics. Here’s another video about it:

Heavy metals found in pesticides and GMO’s are sources of toxicity found in our food that affects our homonal or enzimatic activity. Eating clean and detoxifying is a great way to lose fat, have more energy and be healthy. How do we do this? This is the big question!
